a lovely tribute to someone special.

I might suggest tweaking the set out a little 

Her dreams un-veiled her hopes are high, her prayers fervent for child and family...her most ardent wish is happiness for all,
her heart  is kind, 
her home, a Story Book built on Love for all who dwell
and dwelled within.   

She is Mom
She is Grandma

She is Wife
She is Grand Dame
Most of All...
