Friends,
Here is what you need to know about posting an image into a thread.
1) First, whether it is a JPEG (graphic) or an MPG (audio), it must first be stored somewhere up on the Internet with a way to "call it". If you have your own web site or your email provider allows you hard drive space on their server, THEY can tell you how to upload it (FTP or whatever).
2) Once the file is up there, while adding a new topic, editing a post or replying to a post, you will see two rows of icons at the top of the edit box. The fourth (4th) icon from the left in the second row is "Insert Image". In between the two IMG's --- looks like this: " "you type in the address and name of your image or audio file.

If all of the above is NOT doable or sounds like gibberish to you, there is another way that Norm can help. Doug and Eric and a few others are using the method below.
1) I will set up for you a folder of your own on my web site known as Normpo.com. You will have your own username and password and no one else will have access to it. I have TONS of hard disk storage so fear not about running out of space.
2) If you want THAT, then I send you a username and password and the simple instructions that will allow you to upload and manage files in your folder.
3) Each time you want to include a picture or audio, you will "send" it up there --- I will provide you with easy instructions to do that. (or I'll do it for you).
4) I will also send you the syntax you will need to recall it into the thread
It is really quite simple.
Let me know if you are interested.
