Quite creative, I like the lyrics, one thing, the 6th verse, you wrote the and you sang that, will be the day, you sang will be that day. This site is facinating, the more I look around, the more there is. I understand what you said about the reviews, don't worry I'm a big boy, I enjoy the opportunity to gain knowledge and improve, most of my poems are of a personal nature so I will in no way be offended if you suggest alternative words or structure, I feel it can only improve the original. Thanks again for everything. Travis. One more thing, is there a way to target french speaking people?

I will post the lyric below but it just doesn't "cut it" unless you hear the music.

1) The original instrumental song was written and performed by Frank Mills (I've written lyrics to six of his melodies including Music Box Dancer - with permission from the composer).  This one was called "Sketches of New England".

2) When you click on the link below, you can opt to "Open" or "Save" the MP3.

3) This file is not small -- 3.4 megabytes. With cable or DSL it will not take less than a minute.  I hope you'll be patient so you can hear it.

4) Please, NO COMMENTS about the voice of the guy singing it >>> the last time I sang in a way I could be proud was in 1959.

Thanks for the time --- and don't be afraid to comment (bad or good).

Is Through You  (Sung to the tune, “Sketches of New England” by Frank Mills)

Another way to see it,
Another way to be it,
Another way to see it is through you.

The only way to see one
Only way to be one
The only way to free one is through you.

     Through your eyes, your eyes,
     Any way he views it,
Any way to do it is through you.

     Through your eyes, your eyes,
     Only way to view it,
The only way to do it is through you.

Another day will see it,
Another day will be it,
Another day will see it is through you.

The only day to see it,
The only day to be it,
Will be the day he will be free through you.

     Through your eyes, your eyes,
     Any way he views it,
Any way to do it is through you.

     Through your eyes, your eyes,
     Only way to view it,
The only way to do it is through you.

I pray that both may see it,
Pray that both will be it,
I pray that both will see it is through you.

On that day both will see it,
That day both will be it
That day he will be healed and whole through you.

     Through your eyes, your eyes,
     Any way he views it,
Any way to do it is through you.

     Through your eyes, your eyes,
     Only way to view it,
The only way to do it is through you.

               Through your eyes, your eyes,
     Any way he views it,
Any way to do it is through you.

     Through your eyes, your eyes,
     Only way to view it,
The only way to do it is through you
