	Hi Mary. I've been absent for so long I don't know if you remember me. I've been going through a lot of health issues and allowed my pen to rust This is exactly what I need, this forum to get the juices flowing and musing again. I'm trying to commit to the 30 but won't fret if I have to cut it back to 15. I'm on board I need this type of commitment right now. Thanks

	Sorry DAniel - I'm only just reading this now - guess I missed it about your knee surgery - if I'd known, I wouldn't have picked on ya' so hard. You've been doing such a good job keeping up with these forums - even through this surgery. Oh, I hope I don't have to get anything like that. My bones aren't doin' so good either.

	Carly and Daniel I am so pleased that you have been enjoying Circadian Addiction -- gosh I love that name. LOL Sorry for my delayed response to you both but I was away for Thanksgiving and am getting back in the saddle again.
