Cywydd Llogyrnog

Cywydd Llogyrnog is a 6-line Welsh form consisting of an 8-syllable rhymed couplet followed by a 7-syllable line cross-rhymed with the couplet in the middle and rhymes with the 6th line of the couplet, followed by another 8-syllable couplet and 7-syllable line cross rhymed with lines 4 and 5.

Thus:  8- and 7-syllable mixed sestet verse, with syllable and rhyme pattern: * * * * * * * A * * * * * * * A * * A * * * B (A could shift position slightly) * * * * * * * C * * * * * * * C * * C * * * B (C could shift position slightly) Some authorities say that the cross-rhyming must be in the middle of lines 3 and 6.  According to others it can shift slightly, probably from the 3rd through 5th syllables.

Scheme:

x x x x x x x a
x x x x x x x a
x x a x x x b
x x x x x x x c
x x x x x x x c
x x c x x x b

... where cross-rhyme can shift between 3rd and 5th syllables.

Just so there is some kind of 'example', here is my silly attempt:

What’s cywydd llosgyrnog?

Can you pronounce this tongue-twist form?
Mouth full of grapes a Welshman’s norm?
How’ll I conform to this gait?
I’d never heard the name before,
so do they write it any more?
Could I adore it or hate?
